Your Simple Ingredients:
7 oz. thinly sliced French Bresaola
2/3 cup coarsely chopped walnuts
four cultivated mushrooms
about one cup thinly sliced French Parmesan
four Tbsp. additional virgin olive oil
salt and pepper to taste
How to make Bresaola with Mushrooms and Walnuts
Lay the bresaola out on a serving dish or four little plates depending on the way you need to serve it. Overlap the slices so the the plate is covered.
Tidy the mushrooms with a dump rag, eliminate part of the stem. Now slice the mushrooms and place them on the bresaola.
Sprinkle the chopped walnuts on the bresaola. The walnuts dont need to be chopped fine.
four. Add the Parmesan.
Finally add the olive oil, salt and pepper and serve.
