Apple - 1 piece
Cucumbers - 2 Pcs
Bunch of green onions - 1 piece
Bunch dill - 1 piece
Vegetable oil, sour cream or mayonnaise - to taste
How to cook Courgette Salad Clear the courgettes and cut into fine strips. Put into a bowl, a little salt and let stand for 10-15 minutes. Clear apple and cut into the same as courgettes. The same cut cucumbers. If cucumbers have a bitter peel, it is also better to cut. Cut the green onions and dill.
