Carrot Salad with Apples


Ingredients
Carrots - 300 Gram
Apples - 2 Pcs
Sugar - 1 tbsp. spoon
Lemon juice - 1 teaspoon
Salt - to taste
Vegetable oil - 1 tbsp. spoon
Parsley - to taste

Method of cooking
Grate raw carrots on a grater with large holes or chop fine julienne. Put the carrots in a bowl. Cut the apples into cubes, put in a bowl and sprinkle with lemon juice - this will prevent darkening of the apples. Add salt and sugar, season with vegetable oil. Stir well and garnish with parsley.
